REGISTRATION AND OWNERSHIP TRANSFERS:
Upon payment in full as set forth above, Seller shall promptly take all legal actions necessary to officially transfer ownership and registration, if applicable, of the Dog to Buyer.
Seller warrants to Buyer that Seller is the legal and true owner of the Dog and that Seller has the unqualified right to sell the Dog. Furthermore, Seller warrants that the Dog is sold free and clear of any lien, security interest, mortgage or any other encumbrance.
The Dog is in good health and free of communicable diseases at the time of this sale. Buyer has 72 hours from the purchase and/or delivery date to have the Dog examined by a licensed veterinarian (Buyer will pay all veterinarian fees). If the Dog fails the examination, the Buyer, with a written statement from the veterinarian, may return the Dog to the Seller for a full refund (not including shipping fees if applicable). This does not include any parasites including but not limited to Giardia and Coccidia. Parasites are common and though generally easy to treat puppies can re-infest themselves easily. We have an aggressive deworming protocol and your puppy has preventatively been treated for all common parasites. Any positive test results are a failure of the medication and not a failure of the breeder to pre-treat for them. Seller is not liable for any accident or injury of the animal once it leaves the sellers premises.
Our Warranty covers your puppy in the unfortunate event that he/she is diagnosed with a congenital or genetic health issue that is life threatening or greatly diminishes their quality of life, within 24 months of birth and be confirmed by two independent veterinarians. If this should occur you may elect to either (1) receive a replacement puppy of the same sex (In the case of death or terminal illness only), or (2) receive reimbursement of vet bills for treatment of said health issue up to the original purchase price of the puppy, minus the Application/Deposit Fee of $250. Reimbursement is for Treatment only, no reimbursement for tests or diagnosis of said condition will be given. All reimbursements MUST be submitted and treatment provided within 1 year (12) months of said diagnosis. You will NOT be required to return the original puppy. In the event of death a necropsy must be done by a licensed pathologist. All results will be sent to Companion Creek Farm and Veterinarian of Companion Creek Farm choosing. The guarantee is not valid if the development is due to injury, neglect, obesity, or rapid growth due to poor nutrition. Findings will be sent to Companion Creek Farm Inc. including diagnostic data, x-rays, etc., and must be reviewed and agreed upon by a Veterinarian of Companion Creek Farm’ choosing and the ability to speak directly with the Buyers Vet. Companion Creek Farm reserves the right to have puppy/dog examined by a Veterinarian of our choosing at our expense.
